Thanet is a big village in many ways and I am aware of much gossip around the towns concerning an incident at Rokka in Margate on their opening night on 15th December 2008 involving a man claiming to be a Councillor.I think it is only right to publish ( with the consent of Margate's Mayor Elect, Councillor Ted Watt-Ruffell) a letter from Nicholas Pantelli to Cllr Watt-Ruffell dated the 17th April 2009 that clarifies the situation.
