NO OFFICIAL STANDARDS MEETING ACCORDING TO TDC ?

This is the front page of TDC News. It is sent to Councillors to keep them informed of the following week's events and and News Releases.

The observant will notice that Councillors have not been informed in this 'official' TDC letter to them of The Standards Meeting on Monday 16th March at 5.00pm. Is this just inefficiency or would TDC rather keep most of its Councillors like 'mushrooms' about the business of the Leader and his Deputy in Woollen Shops?

Today's IOTG, Page 3 has an interesting report and when I catch up with sleep having read 300 pages late into the night, I will make my own comments on what I have read.

oh, so you are a councillor, or you have stolen this document, or some councillor needs to go in front of standards for giving you council property?

told you before you arent contraversial enough - ECR beat you to it being used as evidence by the leader of how much the press (blogs? more important than the press now?) malign him - although think he may have mis photocopied the wrong pages? Can you illuminate about the pages Bertie - had trouble with my bi-focals and printer only wanted to print 300 pages so couldnt print off those pages for a closer look?

14.06, wrong on all three counts. Do you see 'confidential' stamped on this document or perhaps you might like to seethe same details on TDc's site?

Paranoid voice of Conservative councillor or one close to him back on the scene - some of us have an idea who you are 14.06 sad person.

16.25, I try and be polite to all commentators and make them feel welcome.

14.39, excellent eye-sight. I should have gone to Spec-savers!

anon 14.06 like every cllr I get a pack of papers every Monday there is usually only 1 pink sheet. I often post or copy the white papers to constituents or other local pople following these issues.

I would be happy to send bertie or anybody else these papers anytime they request them. It's called Freedom of Inormation.

I had all the "Woolgate" papers now published many weeks ago as did any other cllr who requested them. However, as they were pink I respected their confidential nature until I knew they were in the public domain.

As I have blogged previously this has not been the case from Conservative councillors.

I agree 18:00, but feel it would be appropriate to edit out a word!

Here is your edited comment:

Ezekiel and Latchford are a couple of ***** **** and its not the first time that this type of incident has happened. They are both unfit to be Councillors let alone Leader and Deputy Leader of the Council. They are the sort of Councillors that get all Councillors a bad name with the public.......sack them!

Ha, Cllr Nottingham is the guilty party

Think I concur with 18.00!

How can TDC be taken seriously while these two are at the forefront. It is a laughing stock. We are governed by imbeciles, aggressive arrogant imbeciles whose actions would appear to be condoned by employees who should be OUR servants. I can't believe the statement made by Mr Bunnett. The whole business is corrupt from top to bottom. How can the public place any trust in such officials from now on?

19:55, you need to realise the distiction between 'Confidential' and 'un-restricted' material from TDC as Cllr Nottingham has pointed out. You really must grasp this distiction if you have aspirations to 'rise' from parish to TDC!

The copy I have posted,I can assure you, was not from Cllr Nottingham.

20:30, never under-estimate the guile of those who are perhaps your opponents. A clever damage limitation exercise has been carried out by parties involved in this sorry affair. Your comment seems more relevant to the post 'above'?
